More Comcast Fallout
The PR disaster with Comcast continues with the claims of traffic blocking. Employees have spoken out about the issue. Comcast sent an internal memo to all employees to disallow them to discuss the issue, which seems like common practice anyway. They also are making sure any tech support person dealing with the issue follows the “scripted” response.
It also appears Comcast uses Sandvine “Intelligent Traffic Management.” The documentation and marketing on this seems to say a lot of what Comcast might already or planning on doing with these boxes.
