As you may already know, Comcast is actively blocking BitTorrent traffic. They are doing this by sending a TCP RESET Packet to both ends of the conversations. Are they doing this to try to limit bandwidth, or is someone in the MAFIAA (RIAA & MPAA) convincing them to prevent BitTorrent traffic.
